Payment: New customers have to pay in advance or cash on delivery (fees have to be covered by the buyer).
Existing customers can purchase on account; the payment terms are 14 days net without any deduction. We are free to depend on payment in advance and we also can reject an order without reasons for the refusal.
The goods will be delivered to new customers after receipt of payment and to existing customers after receipt of order unless the goods are on stock.
Orders of new customers must be paid, after the goods are available and ready for delivery.
In all listed Preises, VAT (19% or 7%) is included.
All invoices are in Euro and they have to be settled in Euro. You can pay with credit cards with Paypal. For
Money back warranty: if an articel you bought from us is not suitable to you, we offer, that you can resend that article within 14 days. In that case your amount paid will be refunded or, if you like, you get a credit note, you can use with your next order.

Within Germany, Austria and BeNeLux we ship at 5,50 Euro with an insured package *)
Order with an order value higher then 100 Euros will be shipped for free within Germany, Austria and BeNeLux. *)

If you order for 100 Euro – 199,99 Euro, we deduct 5,50 Euro from the shipping costs; from 200 – 299,99 Euros we deduct 11 Euros from your shipping costs; from 300 – 399,99 Euros we deduct 16,50 Euros from your shipping costs; ….
